My job with Uber is more rewarding than I ever would have thought it could be. Not only am I part of an amazing team, but we're working to change the world. Not many people have the satisfaction of saying they're actually making the world a better place, which I am fortunate to say today.

    Long ago, my partner at the time chided me for working with computers all day long. "You're just moving around electrons all day.." she would mention. This forced me to ask myself something I recommend every individual ponders from time to time; "for all the tech I make, what good does it do for the world?". It is so much more satisfying believing you are making a positive difference in the world.

    I am a small part of a team of talented engineers. Collectively, we are working with teams from all over the world to implement driverless cars.
